A night shift changes the demands.
Work may ask you to stay awake when your body expects sleep. Night and rotating shifts can disrupt the usual sleep–wake pattern.
For life around a changing roster

A week can change shape.
Your routines can too.
Inside the real app
Explore seven screens from the development build. Switch between light and dark captures to find the view that feels like you.
01 / 07 · Start with the day you are actually working
The Today screen brings your active shift, day boundary and relevant habits together. The sample build shows completion for the current day without assuming that it ends at midnight.

The body clock behind the routine
Circadian rhythms are roughly 24-hour patterns in your body, including the cycle of sleep and wakefulness. Light and darkness are their strongest outside cues.
One body clock. Changing demands.
Work may ask you to stay awake when your body expects sleep. Night and rotating shifts can disrupt the usual sleep–wake pattern.
Shift Habit lets you organise habits by shift and choose when your tracking day rolls over. A habit logged after midnight can still belong to your previous waking day.
Use light, dark or system appearance. The app’s adaptive option follows your active shift: dark for Night, light for other shifts.
Shift Habit supports planning and tracking. It does not measure or reset your body clock, and dark mode does not guarantee better sleep.

Built around the way you work
Whether you work in healthcare, hospitality, transport, security or another role with changing hours, we want to understand what makes your routine easier to keep.
A day shift and the first day off after nights can call for different plans.
Everyday habits, shift-specific routines and weekly targets give you different ways to plan.
